As a Scrum Master, you are part of an (international) team. You help with the development of our booq solutions, as well as the further development of the cross-functional teams. For a smooth and correct course of the sprints, you take care of the tools and support where necessary.

By constantly anticipating and analysing, you will take the initiative to tackle developments with both hands. Due to the international nature of the team, you will communicate entirely in English. This is not a problem for you at all.

You have an HBO working and thinking level. At least 3 years' work experience in a steering role within the Scrum process. Do you have a certification as a Scrum Master (PSMI or CSM)? If so, this is a plus.
