The host has just taken a party’s first order and the runner is at the ready to serve. When they placed their order, the host also gave them a receipt with a unique QR code, linked to their order. Any follow-up orders placed with the host will be added to their tab. When the party decides it’s time to pay, all they have to do is scan the QR code, check their digital tab and pay online via iDEAL or credit card. After the bill has been paid, the QR code will expire, and the next group of guests at the same table is given a new, unique QR code.
