VIP or rush orders
Rush orders are automatically sent to the front of the queue so they can be processed immediately.

Timestamp
Timestamps for every table show when an order was placed, how much time the kitchen staff needs and when the main courses were served.
Changes
In case of changes, such as moves or cancellations, a notification appears on the display to allow for a swift response. No more wasting time or food!
On hold
Perfect communication between the white and black brigade. As soon as the waiting staff puts an order on hold, a message will pop up on the kitchen displays.

Open a full order summary and check which tickets are underway at the press of a button. S = summary = U = underway and TD = to do. Kitchen work has never been this easy!

Colour-coded tickets
Digital tickets from the same zone are given the same colour. By grouping them together, you can optimise your trays and frying baskets to avoid wasting time and space!

The unique colours and names on the start buttons make it even easier to see who picked up which ticket, allowing several colleagues to work together on a single touchscreen.
Service display
Front-of-house staff have a display of their own. That way, they can check the status of an order, control the pace, and see when dishes are ready to be served.
Digital ticket spike
Want to easily take a look at your digital order history? You’ll find a chronological list of completed orders that can easily be opened by double tapping them.
Pick-up display
After submitting an order, customers can go straight to the pick-up display to pick up their order.
Forwarding tickets or stations
If your kitchen is understaffed, you can automatically forward tickets, or all orders, from the cold station to the hot station.
