What you will do

You find out what the intent and requirements are around software development issues, structure all the information and record it clearly. As Requirements Engineer, you will make an important contribution to our projects. You ensure that the right questions are asked, because only then can we build the best solutions. In any case, you quickly understand what is being said or keep asking questions until you understand the problem. This is how you turn complex business processes and functionalities into working IT solutions and understandable user stories for scrum projects. A good backlog is also created in no time; the team can ask you anything. You search for as many details as possible, distinguishing side issues from main ones. No two days are the same and that's what gives you energy. That is why we are looking for you!

Because with your power of communication and close collaboration with the Product owners, Software Architects and UX designers, you ensure that we continue to develop internally what has the most value. Obviously you have a completed HBO or WO education with relevant work experience and are familiar with user stories, story mapping and vision boarding. Logging and publishing with tools like Jira and Confluence is your second nature. Due to the international nature of the team, you will communicate entirely in English. This is not a problem for you at all. You also enjoy working agile and with scrum teams, sharing knowledge and developing yourself further. You have affinity with technology and users!
